The electronic toll pass system is not included in any of our rates. This service can be requested directly at the counter and its cost will be informed at the time of pick up.
Returning the car late will result in additional fees. If you need to return the car at a later time, please contact the pick up rental location. The contact number can be found on the copy of the rental agreement provided at the beginning of the rental.
You may return the car at a different location as long as our website provides availability while searching your itinerary. This service may incur an additional cost which value you will be able to confirm before finalizing your booking. In most cases, the amount of this service must be paid at destination.
You may pay for your reservation through our website with any of the following options:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express, y/o Discover).
- Debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo.
Please note that you may pay for your reservation with Viajemos using a friend’s, relative’s, or company credit card.
Important: Remember that as a requirement, the reservation holder must present a credit card under his/her name at the time of rental. The credit card holder's name must be printed on the card.
You may include an additional driver directly at the counter for an extra cost. The amount of this service will be indicated at time of rental. All additional drivers will have to be present at the time of pick up and meet the same rental requirements as the main driver.
Only drivers registered on the rental agreement may drive the rental car. You have the option to include additional drivers on the agreement for an additional fee, unless you reserved an “All Inclusive” rate that includes this benefit. All additional drivers will have to be present at the time of pick up and meet the same rental requirements as the main driver.
Most rental companies will allow you to drive the rental car through different states and even cross the border into Canada. The rental car may not be driven into Mexico. Should you need to drive the rental car outside of the state where rented, we recommend you to inform the rental location at the time of pick up in order to avoid any inconveniences.

All of our rates already include a discount which makes them highly competitive. Therefore, it is not possible to apply additional discounts to AAA Members, Military or Senior Citizens.
Through our website you will only be able to rent car categories and not specific models. Therefore, the specifications may vary. Once you get to the counter to pick up your rental, you will be able to clarify this information directly with the rental company.
None of our rates include this service. You may request an infant seat for an additional cost directly at the counter at the time of pick up.
Yes, cars rented through Viajemos must not be used for towing, providing public transportation or performing any activities that violate the rental agreement. Any restrictions on car use will be explained when signing the rental agreement.
The rental car must count with insurance at pickup time before it can be released. Should you have your own personal insurance, you must verify with your insurance provider if the coverage can be extended to the rental. In case you do not have personal insurance, some rental companies offer the option to acquire this service directly at the counter for an additional cost. This option is subject to availability depending on the rental agency, rental location and car category.
In case you are involved in a traffic accident with the rental, you must contact the emergency line immediately. In addition, you must contact the rental company directly in order to process a full report. The rental location’s telephone number will be found on the copy of the rental agreement received at the time of pick up.
In case of a mechanical malfunction with the rental car, you must contact the rental company directly in order to request prompt assistance. Keep in mind that some rental companies include basic roadside assistance, while others offer a more comprehensive coverage.
